Physical therapy is about increasing a person's physical resilience and functional capacity, relieving musculoskeletal pain, and thus improving quality of life.

The focus is not on a diagnosis or a clinical picture, but on a person as a whole with individual complaints. To achieve the therapy goals, active and passive measures are used depending on the needs, such as: movement exercises, strength training, patient education, mobilization of joints, soft tissue techniques and much more. Essential is a good cooperation between therapist and patient and an honest and open communication.
